Abstract
MUELLER ALLOY 1820 (formerly MBCo 902) is a chromium-copper alloy with high electrical conductivity, high mechanical strength, and superior creep, fatigue and wear properties. It is used for resistance welding electrodes, switchgear, and electrical and electronic parts. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-257.
