Abstract
RENE' 95 Alloy has strengths significantly higher than those of any other commercially available alloy at temperatures between 700 and 1200 F. Its high strengths are the result of a closely interwoven development of composition and forging process; therefore, the alloy is highly dependent on careful control of production processes to achieve high and consistent properties. Its primary usage is in gas turbine compressor and turbine components. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, microstructure, and elasticity as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue.
