ALUMINUM 707.0 is an aluminum-base foundry alloy that can be hardened by aging at room temperature without a solution treatment. It offers good strength in the cast-and-aged condition. It has relatively good castability, excellent machinability and high resistance to corrosion. Its many uses include aircraft and aerospace components, gears, machinery parts, manifolds, valves and fittings.
