Abstract
Copper Alloy No. C94500 is a cast bronze containing nominally 73% copper, 20% lead and 7% tin. It has excellent machinability, good casting characteristics, low strength and good resistance to corrosion. It is used for bearings, locomotive wearing parts and for corrosion-resistant castings. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness and fatigue.
