Nicomet 2 is a copper-nickel-tin alloy that has high strength because of spinodal decomposition. The alloy has good antifriction properties. Nicomet 2 could replace some beryllium-copper alloys. An example application for the alloy is a sleeve bearing. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties.
