Abstract
ASTM B 752 GRADE 702C is a zirconium casting alloy. Zirconium alloys are extremely corrosion resistant. They are expensive, but in some cases are superior in corrosion performance to stainless steels, nickel alloys, and titanium. The largest application for zirconium castings is handling hydrochloric acid. Grade 702C is one of the common casting grades. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
