Böhler L022 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that exhibits very good corrosion resistance, for example, outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking. It has excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media including wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chloride ions. This alloy also has outstanding resistance to reducing aqueous media. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and elasticity.
