BSI LM0 is a high purity aluminum casting alloy that contains a minimum of 99.50% aluminum (1xx.x). It has the best corrosion resistance of all the aluminium casting alloys, but its poor foundry characteristics and low mechanical properties rule out this alloy for all but a few special applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
