Cleveland-Cliffs 430 Ultra Form is a ferritic stainless steel that was developed as a more formable version of type 430 stainless steel. It contains a small addition of titanium and has a more equiaxed microstructure. It is particularly suited for parts having complex shapes. Cleveland-Cliffs 430 Ultra Form combines good corrosion resistance with heat and oxidation resistance up to 815 °C (1500 °F), while having improved mechanical properties over type 430 stainless steel.
